JR provides convenient access to Kyoto Station, Umekoji Park, Kyoto Aquarium, Kyoto Railway Museum, Tofuku-ji, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Uji, Arashiyama, Nijo Castle and other major destinations.
Nearby bus stops provide convenient access to Kiyomizu-dera, Yasaka Shrine, Gion, Shijo and other areas.

The property has four bedrooms and accommodates up to nine guests. The first floor includes a spacious living room, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, TV, toilet, bathroom, washbasin and washing machine, making it ideal for families, groups and longer stays.
The second floor includes a traditional Japanese tatami room. The Western-style bedroom has two beds, and there is also a shared toilet on this floor.
The third floor has two bedrooms that can be used flexibly according to the number of guests.

The number of rooms available depends on the number of guests. Up to four guests may use two rooms. Use of three or more rooms requires an additional charge; please contact us for details.
Please do not enter areas marked “No Entry.” Smoking is prohibited indoors 🚭.
